GBS Visits Cairo
Geneva Business School representatives visited Cairo with the objective of securing future collaborations with a series of international entities. A successful meeting was undertaken with Dr. Sameh Aboul Enein who is the Assistant Foreign Minister of Egypt and the Director of the Institute of Diplomatic Studies in Cairo. They discussed current and future collaborations, specifically for our International Relations courses. The inclusion of the institute’s participation in workshops at our Geneva campus was also one of the topics discussed in this meeting.
Dr. Aboul Enein and around 25 future Egyptian Diplomats will be visiting our Geneva campus the third week of March, where further details will be concreted.
The Geneva Business School team also visited the new campus of the American University in New Cairo (AUC) to discuss formalizing a partnership agreement to facilitate exchanges between Geneva, Barcelona and Cairo Campuses. AUC is a regional leading University with classes in English at the center of the intellectual, social and cultural life of the Arab world. It is recognized as one of the top private Business schools in Egypt and the first in the Arab region to receive a triple crown accreditation (EQUIS, AMBA and AACSB).
We are excited about the opportunities that these partnerships may open up and are sure that this is the first of many long and fruitful collaborations. At GBS we continue to search for opportunities that will let us give our students the best possible educational experience.
