Rosa Allegue had been in her current role as the CFO at Skechers Iberia for 18 years. She is co-founder and vice-president of EJE & CON, a Spanish association of executives and directors with more than 900 members. She is also a member of the board of directors of ASSET, the Spanish association of financial directors.

Rosa has over 30 years of experience in financial management. Before Skechers, she was CFO in two startups (SportArea.com and Baquia.com) and prior to that, she was a financial controller at Siemens for over 10 years. She graduated with distinction in Germany as an “Industriekauffrau”, with a business administration degree, an MBA, and an AMP Advanced Management Program from ESADE Business School. She was awarded as one of the 100 best CFOs in Spain for the years 2015 and 2016 by the specialist magazine “Actualidad Economica” and was named one of the best women leaders in Spain for the year 2015.

Rosa believes in the richness of all kinds of diversity. At an early age, before a career in finance, she was a classical ballet dancer for 10 years and co-founded the still active “Ballet Clasico de Madrid” company. A journey that allowed her to learn teamwork and hard work in competitive environments. She is a mentor for tech entrepreneurs at Mentoring Net in Madrid, an associate professor at UCM (Complutense University of Madrid) and at Geneva Business School. Rosa is co-author of the books RRelatos HHumanos & RRetratos HHumanos, in her own words: “it is a way to transfer knowledge in an innovative way.” Rosa is currently pursuing a doctoral degree.
