After ten years´ commercial experience managing the accounts of some of the U.K.´s best-loved brands, most notably innocent drinks (voted number 3 ‘Best Company to Work For 2018’ in The Times), Victoria took a career break to train as a teacher and see the world. Now she uses her commercial and cultural experiences to teach and train business professionals, whether they are just starting out or are already well on their way up the career ladder. She´s particularly interested in startups, cross-cultural communication, diversity and inclusion, networking, and social entrepreneurship. Victoria loves connecting with people, and connecting people. Her purpose is to give students real-world experience which enables them to build a professional portfolio of achievements. Last year’s projects with Geneva Business School included a sustainability project with The Majestic Hotel, Barcelona, as well as volunteering at 4YFN, Startup Grind Conference, and Fixing The Future. In her free time you´ll find her walking on the beach with her Mexican rescue dog Jamie or restoring a piece of junk she´s picked up from a flea market.
