During this challenging time, your mental health is the most important thing you can invest in. The goal of the mindfulness club is to help build up resilience, decrease anxiety, and improve your sleep. The sessions are online and each is dedicated to a particular mindfulness topic. Last week for example, we held a session dedicated to mindful eating.
Geneva Campus Admissions Manager Tamara Ashton has a passion for teaching mindfulness and meditation and having completed a number of different programs with the British Mindfulness Institute, Google, and MRTE to name a few.
Join us online for mindfulness sessions every week and start your weekend with a clear head.
