Biliana Vassileva works with UN agencies, NGOs, universities & entrepreneurs from all over the world who are committed to bringing about change and want to make the world a better place for all. As an innovation expert in theory and in practice, Biliana helps her clients unleash their creative potential, build inclusive solutions together, and succeed against all odds. Biliana believes in practical, co-created solutions that strategically drive organizational growth and societal well-being while continuously improving team and individual spirits and capacities. Professionals she has worked with have become the new generation of leading innovation managers and leadership on different continents. Teams she has supported have won multiple innovation awards. Biliana holds MSc in Sociology from the St. Kliment Ohridski University, Bulgaria; MA in Leadership, Innovation, and Change from York St John University, UK; and Executive and Organisational Coaching Certificate for Coaching Organisations for Breakthrough Performance from Columbia University in the City of New York. She has lived and worked in Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Norway, Nepal, Lao PDR, Thailand, and Switzerland. Biliana teaches on the Geneva Campus in Switzerland.
