GBS takes its Hospitality Management expertise to China
Spreading far and wide, Geneva Business School has recently established the Vocational Training and Research Centre for Hospitality and Tourism Management in Guizhou, China, in collaboration with the Guizhou Hotel Management Co.
The first GBS international vocational training and research center in China will focus namely on providing expert services in the areas of hospitality and tourism management. Specifically, the Centre will provide professional support, academic research, vocational training, English courses, and international educational collaboration and development.
The province of Guizhou, in the People’s Republic of China, is a beautiful mountainous region rich in natural, cultural and environmental resources and represents one of the country’s most demographically diverse regions.
With this initiative, GBS and the Centre are committed to becoming leaders in the international hospitality and tourism management industries by opening new international possibilities, networks and collaborations, as well as providing cutting-edge educational support to these industries in a country where tourism is showing strong growth and emerging as a new driving force for the world’s second-largest economy.
