Geneva Business School signs new agreement with
Baku Higher Oil School / SOCAR
Geneva Business School has recently formalized a new collaborative partnership agreement with Baku Higher Oil School, higher educational institution established in 2011 in Azerbaijan, subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR), largest state owned/run oil and gas company.
The purpose of the agreement is to provide educational and academic cooperation between Geneva Business School and BHOS on the MBA program in Oil & Gas Management. Baku Higher Oil School students will be admitted to the MBA program in Oil and Gas Management, starting in 2020, on the basis of GBS curriculum. At the end of the course, students will receive a BHOS diploma.
Along with Baku Higher Oil School Faculty & Staff, Geneva Business School Geneva Campus Co-Director Mr. Mark Hatton, the Deputy Chief of the Department of Labor Conditions Development of SOCAR Kamran Dadashov and the Head of Economic Indicators and Financial Modeling Department Ziya Mursalov also participated in the signing ceremony.
With this agreement, Geneva Business School has become the only private educational institution in Switzerland to be recognized by SOCAR.
BHOS is the only national educational institution in Azerbaijan awarded with four ISO international certificates. Within the framework of cooperation with Baku Higher Oil School, many transnational companies including, among others, Schneider Electric, ABB, Avandsis Group and Emerson set up at the campus different modern training laboratories equipped with the most advanced technologies.
