GBS Takes Part in Bett 2018
The Bett Show is one of the biggest educational technology fairs in Europe, as stated on their website, with “850 leading companies, 103 exciting new edtech startups and over 34,700 attendees.”
Google for Education had a stand at the fair and we are proud to announce that our Instructional Designer and Trainer at our Barcelona Campus, Sabrina Espasandín, was one of the guest speakers. Sabrina is contributing to develop a top-notch curricula, leading Geneva Business School towards a more innovative and disruptive approach to education.
The talk was entitled, “Launching a global project: from nightmare to a Google breeze.” This presentation mainly talked about how to carry out international collaborative projects with G Suite (Google Apps), as a result of a project she did a year ago involving 19 countries.
To be able to give a presentation at this fair is highly coveted, as the selection process is very competitive and they have very few spots for speakers who are connected with Google directly, as an ambassador or reference school.
It’s great to see that we have such strong team members, who by participating in events such as these, ensure we are continually advancing in the ways we educate our students for the global and digital market.
