Important Information for our Graduates
The ceremony will start at 17:00.
Students are requested to meet at Intercontinental Geneva at 15:30 to get ready.
A room is booked for our graduating students. We will provide you with gowns, hats, and scarves. We kindly ask for punctuality as there will be an important briefing about the procedures, placements, and stage order during the graduation ceremony.
Dress code: Formal Attire.
Program: The graduation ceremony will be followed by the official graduating class photos, an aperitif cocktail, our Graduation dinner, and After Party.
For your information, the graduation ceremony, the aperitif cocktail, and the dinner will take place in the hotel.
Guests are asked to meet at Intercontinental Geneva starting from 16:30. They can access the Bar & Lounge at Intercontinental Geneva before 16:30.
Doors Open: Get ready for a fabulous evening! Doors to “The Great Room” at the hotel open at 17:00 sharp.
- Dress to Impress: This is your moment to shine! Our dress code is Formal Attire, so dust off those sharp suits and stunning dresses. Let’s make this a night to remember, in style!

- Invitation Pick-Up – Don’t Miss Out! Your golden ticket to graduation awaits! All students must pick up their invitations from the Barcelona Campus between the 1st and 3rd of July. Mark your calendars!
- Rehearsal – A Must-Attend! To ensure everything runs smoothly, all students are required to attend the rehearsal at the W Hotel Barcelona. The exact time is still to be confirmed (TBC), but keep an eye on your inboxes – we’ll let you know soon!

Geneva Business School is not responsible for organizing flights & accommodation for the attendees, but we are pleased to confirm that we have negotiated some preferential rates in selected hotels. If you wish to book a room, please visit the Accommodation section.
In order to graduate from Geneva Business School 90 ECTS are required for Masters, 180 ECTS are required for Bachelors, and 240 ECTS for Doctorates. Any outstanding fees must be paid in full.
We will be providing you with a gown, hat, and scarf upon your arrival, prior to the ceremony.
