GBS invests in Skills Development with the rollout of online learning platform Udemy for Business
Geneva Business School is delighted to announce its rollout of Udemy for Business, a curated learning platform with on-demand content on a variety of key business and technical topics.
Udemy for Business helps organizations stay competitive in today’s rapidly changing workplace by offering fresh, on-demand learning content. GBS similarly allows students to stay ahead and do whatever comes next, whether that’s the next project to tackle, skill to learn, or role to master. The ultimate aim is to help students be well-positioned in the marketplace for work when they graduate or help them build their own enterprises while at GBS.
“This new partnership will give our students an amazing opportunity to gain new insights and skills while studying for their master degrees at GBS,” said Geneva Business School Global Campus Coordinator Carlos Moreno. “Students will graduate with their MBA as well as a portfolio of micro-credentials showing the knowledge and understanding they gained in key business functions and in-demand skills. We believe this training and background will make our students exceptional candidates for work, as well as serve to further motivate our more enterprising students looking to start their own companies.”
“We are thrilled to partner with Geneva Business School as they educate future business leaders and arm students with the skills required in today’s workplace,” said Udemy for Business general manager Darren Shimkus. “As GBS prioritizes personalized learning and cutting-edge technologies, Udemy for Business will be complementary to the initiatives and programs already in place for students.”
