Can you hack your way out of a global pandemic?

This weekend you can participate in a global event to find solutions to COVID-19 at the Versus Virus Online Hackathon

For 48 hours, you and potentially 8 million others will come together to solve the Covid-19 crisis in Switzerland. In Europe. Worldwide. Join us with your skills to take on the challenge now – no matter what your background is. Together we are strong!

In a 48h online Hackathon, the aim is to develop functional digital or analogue prototypes to counter the virus with tangible solutions.

For this to work, the #versusvirus Hackathon needs a strong, diverse community. That means people with very different perspectives and abilities. So you do not need to be a programmer or hacker to contribute.

As responsible leaders, we feel that there is more that we can do to offer support during the crisis we are going through and this hackathon is an amazing opportunity to do just that. Faculty and students from Geneva

Business School have already signed up but it’s not too late to get involved! See all the sign up details below.

#VersusVirus is an initiative by Impact Hub Switzerland under the patronage of the Federal Department of Home

Affairs (FDHA) and organized in collaboration with multiple partners such as Medgate, Geneva Business School, EPFL, Panter, Powercoders,, Gebert Rüf Stiftung, digitalswitzerland, Staatslabor, Swisscom, ETH Entrepreneur Club, forums, and many others.

At the end of the hackathon the best projects and ideas will be financed.
