She has a background in marketing planning and sponsorship management with national and international institutions. She is also an entrepreneur with experience working with digital platforms, media production and content, eSports, apps, digital solutions, and events. Her journalistic experience ranges widely as a contributor for various formats of media working with content, social media, editorial, journalism. Carolina is known to be goal-oriented with strong teamwork and leadership skills. A Colombian and German citizen, her work has taken her to the USA and Spain.
