Adequate and constant attention to our mental healthcare allows us to open our minds to a path that will help us achieve our dreamed endeavors. According to Maslow (1943, 1954), after satisfying our physiological needs, security, and safety (physical and mental wellbeing) are the next basic requirements that every human being needs to thrive. Good mental healthcare is paramount for building up meaningful, long-lasting relationships, on a personal and professional level. In time, artificial intelligence may be able to outfox some of our hard skills and STEM competencies; yet, make no mistake, the pure essence that makes us human retains an unclonable element, which is fundamentally important to learning how to master in order to succeed in life: Our emotions.
