Unlock Your Mind
Come to a new series of biweekly virtual sessions where we discuss soft skills needed for effective leadership such as self-awareness and emotional intelligence. The Unlock your Mind program seeks to bring useful tools to get to know ourselves better and take necessary actions to enjoy a healthy and balanced state of mind. We will look at topics around mental hygiene, focus, and concentration, finding purpose and motivation, and explore the mental tools needed to achieve your goals.
The second in this series will take place on May 27 hosted by our very own Shiva Roofeh, Madrid Campus Director with guest speaker Professor Claudia Tridapalli.
The session will be held online via Google Hangouts Meet and will last 45 minutes with 15 minutes at the end for Q&A.
When: 27 May 14:30 – 15:30 CEST
Adequate and constant attention to our mental healthcare allows us to open our minds to a path that will help us achieve our dreamed endeavors. According to Maslow (1943, 1954), after satisfying our physiological needs, security, and safety (physical and mental wellbeing) are the next basic requirements that every human being needs to thrive.
The second in a new series of virtual sessions centered on mental health and emotional intelligence will take place on May 27 hosted by our very own shiva Roofeh, Madrid Campus Director, and will be led by Claudia Tridapalli, Barcelona faculty member, and a perfect example of balancing both Personal Development and Strategic Management.
In this session, we will talk about some concepts and learn techniques around the ability to drive and maintain our focus. Why is it so hard to keep ourselves concentrated? What are some of our limitations towards that? How can we wisely apply this knowledge to enhance our productivity? These are some of the questions we will explore during this webinar.
